Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Center for Vein Restoration is the largest network of vein and vascular centers throughout the country and have been able to provide essential care throughout the pandemic. Our offices are open and we have established a set of protocols to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff.

CVR is Taking the Following Measures to Ensure you have Safe, Healthy Access to our Services.

  • Prior to every visit, we will ask you screening questions, to ensure symptomatic or at-risk patients reschedule their appointments to avoid community spread.
  • Upon entry to our office, you will be provided with a mask and asked to wear it while in our office. You also will be asked to disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer.
  • Our staff are required to wear masks for your protection.
  • You will be immediately taken back to a treatment room, changing room, or recovery bay to complete "no touch" registration in a private space.
  • We are scheduling patients to limit the time and number of people in our waiting rooms, and asking those escorting patients to wait in their cars to avoid crowding in the office. There will be less seating available in the waiting room to encourage safe distancing.
  • We are eliminating coffee service and water coolers from our waiting area to reduce chance of community transmission.
  • We are encouraging no-touch payment methods.
  • Daily, we are screening our staff and following CDC guidelines regarding staff members who are ill or may have been potentially exposed to COVID-19
  • Our staff, as needed, will utilize ample company-wide paid-time-off to make sure our workplace remains healthy and safe
  • As a medical facility, we have always had a policy of sanitizing any surface after each patient encounter - but we are increasing our vigilance and frequency of disinfecting during this time.
  • We have Telemedicine options available.

You can Meet with us in the Comfort of your Own Home

We Will Keep You Updated as the Situation Develops

Currently, some states are allowing elective cosmetic procedures, while others are not. When you call to schedule your appointment, we can advise on whether you can be seen in-office based on your treatment plan and your state's status.

As the situation develops, CVR is closely watching local health department reports and will continue to assess and update these protocols. Should we need to suspend or restrict clinic operations, we will keep you informed.
