Meet Dr. Sanjiv Lakhanpal
A world-renowned and respected practitioner of vein and cardiovascular care, Sanjiv Lakhanpal, MD, FACS founded Center for Vein Restoration in 2007 with the goal of providing exceptional, yet affordable, treatment for vein disease patients.
Today, in addition to his role as President & CEO, Dr. Lakhanpal is a frequent contributor to the advancement of vein care. His work is extensively published in the field of cardiovascular surgery and phlebology, and he’s a national spokesperson and thought leader on vein and cardiovascular care.

Interested in our Fellowship Program?
Center for Vein Restoration was granted a Phlebology fellowship by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine in 2017. The fellowship is a 12-month program designed to provide broad training in the diagnosis and management of patients suffering from chronic venous disorders.
