When scheduling, our team will work with you to find the communication tool that will work best for your telemedicine appointment. Our providers will be able to connect with you through a traditional phone call, or via a variety of other services to fit your needs – including Zoom, FaceTime and WhatsApp. If meeting through video, ensure you have a stable WiFi or data connection during the time of your appointment.
What to Expect During Your Telemedicine Screening
During the appointment, our provider will ask you a series of questions about your lifestyle, medical history, and current symptoms to determine your risk for vein disease or other vascular issues, or progress in your treatment plan. Our provider may ask to see your legs if you are communicating by video, so wear lose-fitting clothing or shorts during the appointment.
What to Expect After Your Telemedicine Screening
Our provider may recommend you make an appointment for an ultrasound scan or treatment, or prescribe compression stockings. *You may also qualify for FREE prescription-strength compression stockings. These stockings will be shipped straight to your door in 3-5 business days.
