First, the Good News.

Most insurance companies cover “medically necessary”, in-office procedures for conditions such as varicose veins.

These include The Venefit ™Procedure and possibly Varithena®, though the latter’s coverage may depend on the anatomy and severity of your varicose veins and symptoms.

CVR is proud to accept most major insurance providers including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Alliance, Johns Hopkins, Coventry, PHCS, GHI, United Healthcare, Tricare and many others listed here.

What Typically Isn’t Covered.

Cosmetic procedures like sclerotherapy and topical laser phototherapy for spider veins are usually not covered by insurance providers.
