Call or Video Chat with One of Our Expert Providers Directly
Our dedicated team will work with you to find the communication tool that works best for your telemedicine appointment. CVR providers can connect with you through a traditional phone call or any other service that fits your needs, including video call.
If meeting through web-enabled video, please ensure you have a stable WiFi or data connection during the time of your appointment.
What to Expect During Your Telemedicine Screening
Your screening begins with a thorough health history. Your CVR provider will determine your risk for vein disease or other vascular issues by asking about your lifestyle, medical history, and current symptoms. Your compression stocking questions answered so you can find your best fit.
Because your CVR provider may ask to see your legs (if communicating by video), we recommend that you wear loose-fitting clothing or shorts to this appointment.
Schedule Easily: Online or by Phone
To make your CVR experience as convenient as possible, we offer our patients several ways to schedule. Please make sure to have your insurance card handy.
