Dr. Baxt is a board-certified emergency physician, prolific medical teacher, lecturer, and attending physician specializing in venous disorders He earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA, and completed his residency (including as Chief Resident) in Emergency Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT.
Bringing his extensive skills and background in treating venous insufficiency, Dr. Baxt leads Center for Vein Restoration’s Dothan, Alabama, vein clinic.
As an experienced attending physician, assistant clinical professor, legal and medical consultant, teacher, lecturer, researcher, and author of numerous medical publications, Dr. Baxt customizes his approach to each patient:
