A world-renowned and respected practitioner of vein and cardiovascular care, Dr. Lakhanpal founded Center for Vein Restoration in 2007 with the goal of providing exceptional, yet affordable, treatment for vein disease patients.
Board certified in general surgery and cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, prior to founding Center for Vein Restoration Dr. Lakhanpal was the director of minimally invasive cardiac surgery at Washington Adventist Hospital, and before that he served as the director of cardiac surgery at Prince George’s Hospital Center.
Today, in addition to his role as President & CEO of Center for Vein Restoration, Dr. Lakhanpal is a frequent contributor to the advancement of vein care. His work is extensively published in the field of cardiovascular surgery and the diagnosis and management of venous insufficiency, and he’s a national spokesperson and thought leader on vein and cardiovascular care.
