Application of the Symptoms-Varices-Pathophysiology Classification System in Patients with Pelvic Venous Disorders

In 2021, the American Vein and Lymphatic Society developed the Symptoms-Varices-Pathophysiology (SVP) system to classify pelvic venous disorders (PeVD). This study aims to assess its application in treating PeVD patients.

Transabdominal Ultrasound Accurately Identifies a Significant Iliac Vein Area-reducing Lesion in Patients with Pelvic Venous Insufficiency

The optimal imaging for pelvic venous insufficiency (PVI) is unclear. This study aims to assess the accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound (TAU) in detecting iliac vein stenosis, compared to intravascular ultrasound (IVUS).

Natural History and Role of Anticoagulation in the Management of Endovenous Glue-induced Thrombus

The management of endovenous glue-induced thrombus (EGIT) and the impact of anticoagulation (AC) or antiplatelet (AP) therapy are unclear. This study aims to evaluate EGIT behavior and the effects of AC or AP on treatment outcomes.
