BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! As I am completing the end of my treatment plan, I have nothing but accolades for the superior treatment I received at the Camp Creek Center for Vein Restoration. Having natural anxiety of not knowing what to expect, the minute, I walked through the door and greeted by Asia and Wendy, I knew I was at the right place. This dynamic duel made sure my appointments were scheduled and all my concerns addressed. What was much appreciated was their warmth and caring that they were sincere my needs were promptly taken csre of. Lakesha, Dr Moore’s Assisted, and prepared me. For my procedures. She is outstanding in as a RN I had what seemed like 100 questions; and I kid you not, I was impressed of her wide knowledge base on vein restoration As well as, her professionalism and ethics to know when she didn’t have an answer, she would follow through to find the answer to my queries. Corey, my Tech was always courteous and make sure my ultrasound experiences were pleasant He is very knowledgeable of his craft. The head of this team, Dr. Moore, it’s so proficient at what he does, he knows just how to distract you, so before you think about it, the procedure is over with. He is a greet conversationalist with a wonderful sense of humor. His office provide comforting music, is very relaxing and I have to pinch myself to make sure I am not at a spa. I am so grateful for the treatments I received by this exceptional Camp Creek team As a result, it is worth it to travel out of the way dis (as I had to do) to receive such exceptional and professional care. Thank you all!

Open Hand Giving

From the time I entered the office to the time I left the entire staff was professional, kind, and compassionate. My initial scan/ ultrasound was completed by Corey- He is the most gentle ultrasound tech ever! Corey made sure to identify himself and his purpose. I was more than comfortable with him during the process. He frequently asked if I was okay and was patient with me when I needed to reposition during the scan. Randi was my medical assistant. I appreciated her bubbly personality during my appointment. She asked the necessary questions and was also very polite and professional. Keisha prepped me for my procedure. She explained everything to me before my procedure. I had few questions about the timeline of the procedure and she was very knowledgeable and kind with her answers. Wendy is the office manager and is the best! Very knowledgeable and kind. She keeps everything flowing in the office. Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable in the field and explained everything clearly at my initial appointment. I had a list of questions and he answered every question. Not only did he answer my questions m, he also provided me with literature to take home. Dr. Moore also has great bedside manners. During my procedure he engaged in casual conversation to keep my mind calm. But during the conversation as he needed to proceed with my procedure he made sure to make me aware of what was happening. “You’re going to feel a small stick here!” etc. Before I knew it the procedure was complete. The only negative experience with my encounters with Dr. Moore and his staff was probably out of their control. They were out of stock of the particular stockings I needed after my procedure. But, Wendy placed an order for a pair and reassured me they would be in in a few days. I am grateful for this experience!

Dr. Moore and entire staff, from the front to the back office, at the Camp Creek Location. Friendly atmosphere, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Care About The Patients. My procedure went well and my leg feel brand new. Total of 3 visits for me and they all were EXCELLENT. I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION.

First time at this office and I can honestly say I received excellent service from everyone I encountered from the time I entered the office up until the time I left. I would definitely refer family and friends as well. The Technician that performed the Doppler (Lakeisha), the medical assistant (Randy), the very pleasant and patient lady at the front desk and Dr. Keith Moore provided outstanding medical services including explaining in detail with diagrams what procedures are available to me in regards to my medical issue. I highly recommend this location.
