Vice President of Growth and Development

Bill Doll serves as Vice President of Growth and Development at Center for Vein Restoration, where he oversees the organization’s strategic growth and acquisition initiatives nationwide. In this role, he leads the evaluation, development, and execution of partnership and acquisition opportunities that support CVR’s continued expansion and long-term strategic objectives.

With more than 15 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development, Bill brings a disciplined and strategic approach to organizational growth. Throughout his career, he has advised and partnered with healthcare organizations on transactions, expansion strategies, and operational growth initiatives designed to enhance enterprise value and strengthen market position.

At CVR, Bill works closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities that align with the organization’s mission, culture, and commitment to deliver exceptional patient care.

David Boyce
Director of Acquisition Integration and Inventory Management

David Boyce is a healthcare operations leader and US Army veteran with leadership experience from service in Europe and Iraq. He is skilled in inventory management, operational integration, and team leadership in fast-paced environments. Successfully managed the integration of 28 medical practices across 67 clinics, improving efficiency and supporting organizational growth.
