Dr. Todd Jones is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship-trained phlebologist who dedicated his practice entirely to vein care after years in acute care surgery and trauma. His philosophy is straightforward: success is measured by how patients feel, not by what appears on imaging. He brings rigorous diagnostic judgment and a patient-centered approach to the evaluation and treatment of venous disease.
“The primary measure of whether we did a good job is how that patient feels at the end — not how the physician feels. That is how I judge my value as a clinician.”

Dr. Jones completed his phlebology fellowship at NYU Langone, knowing that vein care would define his career. In trauma, he notes, you rarely see the long-term impact of your work. In vein care, he sees it every day. He communicates throughout every procedure, explaining in real time and giving patients the option to pause. His research has appeared in the Journal of Invasive Cardiology and the Journal of Vascular Surgery.
Outside the clinic, he lives with his wife, a physician, and their two dogs, and enjoys time with family, music, and the outdoors.
Patient-Centered Outcomes: Dr. Jones does not treat ultrasound findings. He treats the patient in front of him. His primary measure of success is always whether the patient feels better.
Transparent & Communicative: He believes informed patients have better outcomes. Every consultation includes a thorough discussion of realistic expectations, actual risks, and what the procedure will feel like. No surprises, no rushing.
Collaborative with Referring Providers: Dr. Jones welcomes calls from referring providers at any stage, before, during, or after a referral. He considers the whole patient, not just the vein condition, and coordinates care openly.
