VISION 2025: A Resounding Success in Advancing Venous and Lymphatic Medicine
BALTIMORE, MD – January 31 to February 2, 2025
VISION 2025 successfully brought together thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and innovators in venous and lymphatic medicine for a transformative learning experience. Hosted by Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, this premier conference provided cutting-edge clinical and non-clinical programming that achieved its goals of enhancing medical expertise, fostering collaboration, and strengthening professional networks.
The event featured engaging keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions, and hands-on learning opportunities that deepened participants' understanding of the latest advancements in vein care. Attendees gained valuable insights into innovative treatment approaches, emerging research, and best practices in patient-centered care.
Attendees were inspired by the stirring keynote remarks by CVR founder, president, and CEO Sanjiv Lakhanpal, MD, FACS:
“Our VISION 2025 theme, Rising to Every Challenge, defines us. As a Persian poem says, “Oh, my dear eagle, do not fear the stormy winds—they only come to make you rise higher. For example, during COVID, we didn’t retreat—we innovated. The key? Gratitude, optimism, hard work, and purpose. As a CVR community, we turn challenges into opportunities, and that's why I’m grateful to lead this incredible team.”
Through its dynamic programming, VISION 2025 reinforced CVR’s commitment to advancing vein care through education, research, and innovation. The conference broadened access to valuable knowledge by offering both in-person and virtual participation.
The Virtual Clinical Day enabled healthcare professionals worldwide to participate in specialized sessions, earning up to 10 CME credits. Topics included:
