MD, ABIM
Dr. Ramy Ali is a board-certified internal medicine physician and fellowship-trained interventional vein & lymphatic medicine specialist dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting relief from venous and lymphatic disease. After more than a decade in hospital medicine, he chose to focus on a subspecialty that combines procedural skill with rapid, visible results and high patient satisfaction.
“My philosophy of patient care is to treat every patient the way I would want my own family members to be treated. That means providing compassionate, meticulous, evidence-based care, while taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals.”
Dr. Ali spent over 10 years in inpatient hospital medicine before subspecializing, drawn to vein care’s combination of safe, effective treatment and quick recovery, with most patients returning to their normal routine the same day and few restrictions.
He completed his fellowship with CVR, training across multiple vascular centers to develop his own style of care. This advanced training gave him experience with a full range of minimally invasive treatments, from catheter-based thermal ablations to injectable therapies, all of which are done under local anesthesia and guided by detailed ultrasound mapping.
Paired with his internal medicine background, this gives him a broader clinical lens, so patients receive not only expert vein care but also a thorough evaluation of their overall health before any treatment plan is set.
Treat Every Patient Like Family: Dr. Ali brings a positive attitude into every room, taking time to reassure patients and understand their needs.

“We are all part of the same care team, and good communication helps provide a better patient experience and outcome overall.”
