Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) is proud to serve patients at our Easton vein clinic. The physicians and staff at CVR Easton have decades of collective experience treating symptoms of vein diseases such as varicose veins, spider veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and other vein conditions related to chronic venous insufficiency (vein disease).
The board-certified physicians at Center for Vein Restoration are world-renowned vein specialists, authors, lecturers, and trainers on the latest techniques for diagnosing and treating vein disease. Commitment to patient care goes beyond physician credentials, however. Our entire team works together to provide our patients with a level of comfort and understanding.
Easton, on Maryland’s beautiful Eastern Shore, is the county seat of Talbot County, Maryland, on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. The largest estuary in the nation (and the third largest in the world!), Chesapeake Bay provides recreational and commercial fishing, hunting, and boating that attract millions of people to the area.
Sophisticated and energetic, Easton, Maryland, offers visitors abundant opportunities for cultural, natural, and historical exploration.
Art enthusiasts ought to start their Easton excursion by visiting the Academy Art Museum, about a mile from our vein clinic. An iconic Easton landmark, the building was constructed in 1820 and was home to several different schools, a funeral home, and an antique store before its establishment as an art gallery. It moved to its current location in 1960 and has since undergone several renovations and improvements, including the addition of a new wing for a Performing Arts auditorium in 2005 and a contemporary entrance opened in 2020.
Visitors to the Academy Art Museum can do more than tour its collection of over 1,700 culturally significant pieces; they can also participate in art-making experiments, listen to lectures, and enjoy various performances, classes, and special events.
Blocks from our clinic, visitors will find a different type of museum—the ‘Be With Me’ Playseum. One of just three locations in the nation, the ‘playseum’ allows children to discover and create memories in an immersive environment scaled to their size. The scaled-back city has a pretend Italian restaurant, mechanic shop, hospital waiting room, pet shop, and more. The unique, hands-on space includes a massive book, toy store, and areas for children to explore art, bakery, and science projects.
History and nature merge at Frederick Douglass Park on the Tuckahoe, about 12.5 miles from our Easton vein clinic. Established in 2018 for the iconic abolitionist, social reformer, and statesman on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the park’s landscape remains mostly unchanged from the days of Douglass’ youth.
The park was expanded from just under 67 acres to approximately 107 acres following a 2011 donation of 40.2 adjacent wetlands by the family of George C. and Naomi H. Moore. This expansion brought the total area to around 107 acres, situated upstream from the farm where Frederick Douglass was born in 1818.
Easton’s appeal ultimately lies in its charm as a destination for travelers seeking history, culture, and small-town ambiance.

Our board-certified vascular surgeons offer a wide range of innovative treatment options for leg pain, swelling, cramping, itching, varicose veins, spider veins, restless leg syndrome, ulcers, and other symptoms of vascular disease.
When the tiny valves in your leg veins fail to circulate blood back to the heart, it can be a sign of venous disease.
The result can be:
Itching
Swelling
Varicose veins
Spider veins
Feelings of heaviness
These symptoms are often the result of venous insufficiency and are unlikely to heal on their own. This common vein condition is progressive, meaning it will get worse without treatment.
Vein care providers at vein treatment clinics use the most advanced minimally invasive treatments available today. CVR’s modern outpatient treatment plans are far superior to the older vein-stripping methods used in the past.
Treatments include VenaSeal, a proprietary medical adhesive that safely closes off varicose veins, and ClariVein, a two-in-one approach that uses an ablation device to inject a sclerosing agent that closes the vein with a tiny rotating wire tip, which destroys the diseased vein.
At Center for Vein Restoration, we offer a wide variety of other treatment options, including:
Vein treatments take approximately an hour or less to complete, and patients can return to their normal routine immediately with few restrictions. No staples or stitches are required because a simple band-aid covers the tiny incisions. Our outpatient vein treatments require only local anesthetics. Recovery and symptom relief are fast, and there is little to no scarring.
