More About Dr. Pfleger

Dr. Pfleger completed her internal medicine residency at Montefiore New Rochelle in New York before pursuing advanced fellowship training in venous and lymphatic medicine at Center for Vein Restoration. She was drawn to vein care for a straightforward reason: few specialties offer results that are both this meaningful and this visible.

"Vein conditions are very common, but they are highly treatable. Early evaluation can make a big difference. When patients seek care, they can see a significant improvement in their quality of life." -- Dr. Madeleine Pfleger

Dr. Pfleger's Philosophy of Care

Patient-Centered: Every treatment plan begins with careful listening. Understanding what each patient is experiencing and what they want to get back to shapes every recommendation I make.

Clear Communication: Vein conditions can feel complicated and intimidating. I take the time to explain what is happening and why, using plain language, so patients feel informed and confident before any procedure begins.

Collaborative: Good patient care does not happen in isolation. I am committed to open, timely communication with referring providers so that every patient receives coordinated, comprehensive care from start to finish.
