Patient Care Team
Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) is proud to serve patients at our Irving vein clinic. The physicians and staff at CVR Irving have decades of collective experience treating symptoms of vein diseases such as varicose veins, spider veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and other vein conditions related to chronic venous insufficiency (vein disease).
The board-certified physicians at Center for Vein Restoration are world-renowned vein specialists, authors, lecturers, and trainers on the latest techniques for diagnosing and treating vein disease. Commitment to patient care goes beyond physician credentials, however. Our entire team works together to provide our patients with a level of comfort and understanding.
Dr. Andrew Harding, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced fellowship training in venous and lymphatic medicine. With a background in primary care and sports medicine, Dr. Harding brings a comprehensive, functional approach diagnosing and treating chronic venous disease, including varicose veins, spider veins, and leg discomfort.
After earning his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Harding completed his residency at Full Circle Health in Caldwell, Idaho, where he served as Chief Resident and led the ultrasound curriculum. His interest in image-guided procedures and vascular diagnostics led him to complete CVR’s year-long fellowship, one of the nation’s most respected programs in vein care.
Dr. Harding is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is actively pursuing board certification in venous and lymphatic medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine.
“Many patients don’t realize their leg pain or fatigue could be related to their veins. My goal is to identify the root cause and offer treatment that brings real, lasting relief—without disrupting their daily life.” — Dr. Andrew Harding
Dr. Harding’s procedural expertise includes ultrasound-guided diagnostics, sclerotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, and laser treatments. He takes pride in offering minimally invasive solutions that help patients return to their routines with minimal downtime.
Center for Vein Restoration’s vein center in Irving, Texas, is located in Dallas County, part of the larger Dallas-Fort Worth area, where suburban neighborhoods, entertainment districts, and outdoor spaces all come together in a way that feels easy to settle into.
Irving has a comfortable pace. There’s plenty going on, but it rarely feels overwhelming. With its canals, trails, local restaurants, and gathering spots around the city, people tend to find their own rhythm here quickly.
One place locals and visitors alike gravitate toward is Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas. The canal paths wind through the Las Colinas area, boasting bridges, waterfront patios, shaded benches, and walking paths across 56 small lakes and making it easy to find serenity during a quiet afternoon outdoors.
When the weather cooperates, Campion Trail gives people a reason to slow down a little. The 17-mile trail system stretches through several parts of the city with paved paths for walking, biking, and casual afternoon outings. Sections near the Trinity River feel especially calm, with open green space and long stretches where the noise from nearby roads fades.
Irving also has a more energetic side around Toyota Music Factory, a popular gathering spot for concerts, restaurants, and outdoor events year-round. Even on evenings without a major performance, the patios and open plazas remain active, with people meeting for dinner or lingering outside as the weather cools. There’s usually music in the background, and groups take their time instead of rushing home.
For something quieter, Irving Arts Center offers gallery exhibits, theater performances, and community events that bring a more relaxed atmosphere to the city. The grounds themselves are worth walking through, offering open courtyards and shaded areas that feel calm even on busier days. Most visitors come away surprised by how much time they spent there.
Shopping and casual afternoon outings are easy to find at Irving Mall, a longtime local spot with over 80 stores, casual dining options, and plenty of indoor space to explore. It’s especially useful on hot Texas afternoons when people want a comfortable place to walk and browse. Families, teenagers, and regular locals all seem to cross paths there throughout the day.
Irving offers visitors a little bit of everything without making activities feel overwhelming. A quiet walk along the canal, live music in the evening, time outdoors on the trails, or a slow afternoon exploring local shops all fit naturally into the day here. People tend to move at their own pace, which is the heart of why the area feels so welcoming and comfortable from the very first step.

Our board-certified vascular physicians provide numerous state-of-the-art treatment options for leg pain, cramping, swelling, itching, spider veins, varicose veins, restless legs syndrome, and other symptoms of venous disease.
Venous disease occurs when the tiny valves in your leg veins fail to circulate blood back to the heart efficiently. This can result in:
These uncomfortable symptoms are often the result of venous insufficiency and are unlikely to heal on their own. This common vein condition is progressive and will worsen without treatment.
Vascular care providers at vein treatment centers use cutting-edge minimally invasive treatments available. CVR’s modern outpatient care plans are superior to the vein-stripping methods used in the past.
Our vein treatments include VenaSeal, a proprietary medical adhesive that safely closes off varicose veins, and ClariVein, a two-in-one approach that uses an ablation device to inject a sclerosing solution that closes the vein with a tiny rotating wire tip and destroys the diseased vein.
CVR also offers a wide variety of other treatment options, including:
• Sclerotherapy
• Radiofrequency ablation
• Endovenous laser ablation
• Ambulatory phlebectomy
Vein treatments take about an hour or less to complete, allowing patients to return to their normal routine immediately with few restrictions. No staples or stitches are needed because a simple band-aid covers the tiny incisions. Our outpatient treatments require only local anesthetics. Recovery and symptom relief are fast, with little to no scarring.
