Drawing on his experience in both primary care and sports medicine, Dr. Harding brings a patient-focused, functionally driven approach to diagnosing and treating chronic venous disorders.

Dr. Harding’s dedication to patient care stems from his early days in family and sports medicine, where he learned to treat not just symptoms, but the whole person:

“Many patients don’t realize their leg pain or fatigue could be related to their veins. My goal is to identify the root cause and offer treatment that brings real, lasting relief—without disrupting their daily life.”

More About Dr. Harding

After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in the Carolinas, Dr. Harding completed his family medicine residency at Full Circle Health in Caldwell, Idaho, where he served as Chief Resident. During his residency, he led the ultrasound curriculum and developed a deep appreciation for procedural medicine, which ultimately inspired his pursuit of a fellowship in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and transition to vein care.

Dr. Harding was selected for the highly immersive, year-long fellowship in venous and lymphatic medicine at Center for Vein Restoration (CVR), one of the most comprehensive vein fellowships in the country. There, he gained extensive hands-on experience in vascular ultrasound, image-guided procedures, and outpatient treatments for venous insufficiency.

His procedural skillset and personable nature make him particularly effective in helping patients regain mobility, alleviate leg discomfort, and enhance their quality of life. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Harding enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and giving back through community health outreach and medical mission work.

“I treat every patient with the same level of care I’d want for my own family. That means building trust, explaining the ‘why’ behind treatment plans, and creating a space where patients feel safe, supported, and heard.”
