Rooted in a pioneer past and buoyed by a spirit of community celebration, Grapevine’s offerings span time-honored landmarks to cutting-edge venues. Begin your exploration just blocks from our clinic at Historic Downtown Grapevine’s Main Street. Lined with century-old brick sidewalks and colorful storefronts, this stretch invites serene strolls past antique shops, art galleries, and cozy cafés where live bluegrass often drifts through the air.

A short walk farther brings you to the Grapevine Glockenspiel Clock Tower, a unique piece of history standing about 75 feet tall on the corner of Main and Hudgins streets. Around the corner, the Palace Arts Center, an opulent 1930s vaudeville theater, hosts classic films, live concerts, and community plays that celebrate Grapevine’s role as a regional cultural hub.

The Nash Farm, located just half a mile from our Grapevine clinic, offers stunning views of historic cabins, barns, and heritage livestock, providing an authentic glimpse into late 19th-century agricultural life. The farm comes alive in spring and fall with seasonal festivals showcasing traditional crafts, heirloom gardens, family-friendly blacksmithing and butter churning demonstrations, and more.

About a mile from our clinic, visitors can take a trip on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, which departs from the historic depot for a leisurely sightseeing journey through the Texas countryside aboard lovingly restored steam and diesel locomotives. The rhythmic rumble of the rails and period-costumed conductors make this round-trip excursion a delightful tour through time.

No visit would be complete without exploring Grapevine Mills Mall and its adjoining SEA LIFE Aquarium and 35,000-square-foot LEGOLAND® Discovery Center, both a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor adventure when the Texas sun climbs high.

Grapevine boasts a calendar loaded with seasonal and annual events, particularly GrapeFest, the largest wine festival in the Southwest, which shuts down vehicular traffic on Historic Main Street for four days to showcase global and local wine varieties. Visitors can also enjoy live music under the oaks of Town Square and art walks that transform Main Street into an open-air gallery. Each unique experience blends the city’s proud traditions with its bold and dynamic zest, ensuring every trip uplifts both the heart and the mind.

Vein Treatment Options

Vascular care providers at vein treatment centers use cutting-edge minimally invasive treatments available. CVR’s modern outpatient care plans are highly superior to the vein-stripping methods used in the past.

Our vein treatments include VenaSeal, a proprietary medical adhesive that safely closes off varicose veins, and ClariVein, a two-in-one approach that uses an ablation device to inject a sclerosing solution that closes the vein with a tiny rotating wire tip and destroys the diseased vein.

CVR also offers a wide variety of other treatment options, including:

Vein treatments take about an hour or less to complete, allowing patients to return to their normal routine immediately with few restrictions. No staples or stitches are needed because a simple band-aid covers the tiny incisions. Our outpatient treatments require only local anesthetics. Recovery and symptom relief are fast, with little to no scarring.
