Meet Dr. Miller
Normand Miller, MD, FACS, RPVI, RVT, is a board-certified vascular surgeon specializing in treating symptoms related to vascular disease, including leg pain, swelling, cramping, restless legs, ulcers, and other vascular disorders. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).
Dr. Miller earned his medical degree at Laval University, Quebec City, Quebec. He completed his general surgery residency at McGill University (the most internationally diverse of any medical-doctoral research university in Canada), and vascular surgery fellowship at Englewood Hospital, Englewood, New Jersey.
After many years of experience treating patients with vascular disease, Dr. Miller expanded into aesthetic medicine and has performed thousands of aesthetic procedures.
