Center for Vein Restoration operates three offices in the Georgia metropolitan area. Two of our clinics are in the Greater Atlanta area, while the remaining offices are in the nearby suburb of Lawrenceville.
Raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Sagar Patel, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Medical University of Lublin, Lublin, Poland. He completed his Venous and Lymphatic Medicine Fellowship with Center for Vein Restoration, Greenbelt, Maryland. During his Family Medicine Residency at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana, Dr. Patel studied all facets of rural health, serving the medical needs of patients in unserved communities.
During his residency, Dr. Patel was awarded the “Story of the Quarter” award for going above and beyond in patient care. With this same passion for improving the lives of his patients, he now uses his proficiency in catheter-based technology, offering in-office, minimally invasive treatment for vein disease that requires no downtime.
Dr. Patel completed the Venous and Lymphatic Medicine fellowship program at Center for Vein Restoration, Greenbelt, Maryland. This 12-month program is designed to provide broad training in diagnosing and managing patients suffering from chronic venous disorders. He is board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM) and speaks English and Gujarati.
Keith Moore, MD, is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (ABLVM). Dr. Moore is certified by the Lymphology Association of North America (CLT-LANA) and is wound care certified (WCC). He is a senior member of the American Vein & Lymphatic Society (AVLS), a member of the American College of Phlebology, and a Division Council member of the Ethics & Informatics Committees, Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Moore practiced general and trauma surgery for 20 years before dedicating his impressive skills to diagnosing and treating venous and lymphatic disorders.
Serving both Center for Vein Restoration's Camp Creek and Lawrenceville offices is James Fonger, MD, FRCS. He completed his pre-medical and medical school training at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Toronto and fellowship training in artificial heart research in San Francisco. He completed his cardiovascular and thoracic surgery training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He has held positions on the cardiovascular surgical faculty at Boston University, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and was Chief of Cardiac Surgery of Washington Adventist Hospital in DC.
Dr. Fonger has kept current with new therapies and technologies that advance cardiac care and patient safety throughout his career. He has performed several thousand cardiac surgical procedures and lectured internationally on his research at Boston University and Johns Hopkins. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He is a founder and past president of the International Society of Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery and the 21st Century Cardiothoracic Surgical Society.

The staff at Center for Vein Restoration will be with you every step of the way, from your first consultation to the day of your surgery and throughout your recovery. We're skilled in minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical methods to help our patients improve their vein health and live fuller lives. We treat each patient individually to ensure they receive the care they need to eliminate the pain of varicose veins and other venous disorders.
