The staff at the Center for Vein Restoration in Mesa strives to make every patient we serve happy they came to us for varicose vein or spider vein treatment. Our goal is to ensure each patient is completely satisfied with our services, which is why our practice employs staff that’s fluent in Spanish as well as English.
We offer a full suite of services to treat varicose veins, spider veins and lymphedema, including sclerotherapy, laser or radiofrequency ablation, and ambulatory phlebectomy. Each procedure is performed in our office and requires little or no anesthesia, allowing our patients to return to their normal activities within hours.
Located at 1500 S. Dobson Road, our office is near several local landmarks, including Mesa Community College, Banner Desert Hospital, and Tonto National Forest. Our office can be accessed via Route 60.

The Center for Vein Restoration in Mesa is located about 19 miles from the Phoenix metropolitan area. Among the town’s many attractions are the Arizona Museum of Natural History and the Mesa Arts Center, which contains 210,000 square feet of space for concerts, visual arts, and art classes. For hikers and campers, Usery Mountain Regional Park offers 29 miles of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails.
Meet Dr. Morrison
Dr. Nick Morrison, MD, FACS, FACPh, has been a general surgeon in the Phoenix area for 42 years. At the Center for Vein Restoration in Mesa, he’s experienced in leading techniques for the elimination of varicose veins or spider veins, including visual sclerotherapy, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and endovenous thermal and chemical ablation. To diagnose varicose veins, he uses state-of-the-art duplex scanning.
A graduate of Creighton University Medical School, Dr. Morrison completed his medical/surgical internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix and his general surgery residency at Maricopa County Hospital, also in Phoenix. In the final year of his residency, Dr. Morrison was named Chief Surgical Resident.
Dr. Morrison is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Arizona Medical Association, and the Maricopa County Medical Society.
A recognized expert in phlebology research, Dr. Morrison has written many published research articles and presented at hundreds of medical conferences. Always interested in innovative vein care, Dr. Morrison is currently exploring new treatments, including non-thermal and non-tumescent methods that use adhesives and implantable devices.
Dr. Morrison also dedicates his medical expertise as a volunteer. He and his wife, Terri, founded Amigos de Salud, which provides free medical and surgical treatment for people in Ecuador, Peru, and Nicaragua suffering from venous disease and ulcerations.
