Meet the Doctors Who Serve Texas

Austin

Aditya Gupta, MD, RPVI, D-ABVLM, graduated from the Government Medical College and Hospital at Panjab University in Chandigarh, India. He then completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, the Bronx, New York, and was fellowship trained in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine through Center for Vein Restoration's Fellowship Program.

Dr. Gupta specializes in both acute and chronic conditions of the lower extremity and is triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and as a Physician in Vascular Interpretation. An experienced and award-winning medical researcher, while in medical school, Dr. Gupta was the team leader of the Pulse Polio Immunization Program organized by the World Health Organization.

Fort Worth

Barry Oswalt, MD, FACS, FAVLS, DABVLM, is a board-certified general surgeon and vein specialist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Known for his precision and compassionate care, Dr. Oswalt specializes in treating chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, spider veins, and associated leg symptoms.

After earning his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine, Dr. Oswalt completed his general surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He later transitioned from general surgery to vein care, bringing a surgeon’s expertise to minimally invasive procedures, including radiofrequency ablation, laser therapy, and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy.

Certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, Dr. Oswalt is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society. His approach is guided by thorough diagnostics, including advanced ultrasound evaluation, to ensure every contributing vein is identified and treated.

Grapevine

Philip A. Moore, MD, FACS, DABVLM, is a general surgeon with over four decades of experience, now specializing in vein care. He graduated summa cum laude in Biology from Texas Christian University and earned his MD from UT Southwestern Medical School. His surgical training included an internship at the Medical University of South Carolina and a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Moore is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He is a member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the Tarrant County Medical Society.

Dr. Andrew Harding, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced fellowship training in venous and lymphatic medicine. With a background in primary care and sports medicine, Dr. Harding brings a comprehensive, functional approach diagnosing and treating chronic venous disease, including varicose veins, spider veins, and leg discomfort.

After earning his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Harding completed his residency at Full Circle Health in Caldwell, Idaho, where he served as Chief Resident and led the ultrasound curriculum. His interest in image-guided procedures and vascular diagnostics led him to complete CVR’s year-long fellowship, one of the nation’s most respected programs in vein care.

Dr. Harding is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is actively pursuing board certification in venous and lymphatic medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine.

Houston

H. Andrew Hansen II, MD, MBA, FACS, FSVS, FACC, FAVLS, is a vein care specialist serving patients at the Houston Center for Vein Restoration. He earned his Zoology degree at Texas A&M University and attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed residencies in general and vascular surgery under Dr. Michael E. DeBakey at Baylor College of Medicine and in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at Emory University. With multiple board certifications, he holds an MBA. Dr. Hansen offers advanced vein treatments, embracing a patient-centered approach for lasting comfort and confidence.
