Get to Know Dr. Miller

Dr. Miller chose to specialize in vein care after observing a significant correlation between venous ulcers, chronic wounds, and vein disease. She decided to dedicate herself to addressing the root cause of venous ulcers: chronic venous insufficiency.

I frequently sent my patients for arterial and venous evaluations. I thought that if I could treat the patient from both aspects, that is, the root cause of their condition (vein disease), as well as heal their wound, that would be great. –Bria Miller

More About Dr. Miller

Being trained in family medicine, Dr. Bria Miller believes that the patient should be treated holistically and that physicians should look at the entire person. "We (vein specialists) should approach venous issues by looking at the patient's life and learning what they are experiencing: Are they taking their medications properly? What is their nutrition like?"

Dr. Miller's favorite quote:

“The greatest medicine of all is teaching people how not to need it.” -Hippocrates
